Book both sides of this newly built duplex in Englewood and bring the whole group: two mirrored homes side by side, each with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, its own kitchen, dining area and living room. Together that's 6 bedrooms, 4 baths and room for 16 guests, with everyone close but each family keeping its own space. The rooms are done in soft coastal colors with warm wood tones, and Englewood Beach is about 13 minutes away by car.

SIDE A (SLEEPS 8)

A king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, plus a full-size sofa bed in the living room. Two full bathrooms.

SIDE B (SLEEPS 8)

A king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Two full bathrooms.

INSIDE

Two full kitchens, one in each unit, with oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, a drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender, and coffee to get you started. Each side has a dining table and bar seating at the kitchen counter, a living room with a TV, and its own washer and dryer. The bedrooms have TVs and room-darkening shades. Central air and ceiling fans throughout, fast Wifi and a spot to work from.

OUTSIDE

Each side has its own patio with outdoor furniture, and the shared backyard has a grassy area and a BBQ grill.

FOR THE BEACH

Beach gear is provided, so you can leave the chairs and umbrella at home.

PETS

Pets are welcome, up to 3 per stay. Please tell us when you book.

PARKING

Free parking on site, with free street parking out front for extra cars. Exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the home; there are none inside.
