Englewood Home with Soaking Tub

A four-bedroom home in a quiet residential part of Englewood, set up for families and groups of up to 13 who want room to spread out. Englewood Beach on Manasota Key is about 12 minutes away by car. Your booking includes the whole property and yard, including the private mother-in-law suite with its own entrance.

INSIDE

The open living area has a large sectional that seats seven, a leather armchair and a 90-inch TV. The kitchen has a waterfall island with bar seating, an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster and drip coffee maker, plus the pots, pans and spices you need to cook at home. The dining table seats six. Books, board games and toys for children are on hand, and there's a work area with a standing desk.

THE BEDROOMS

Three of the four bedrooms are suites with their own full bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed, a TV, room-darkening shades and blackout curtains. Its marble bathroom has double vanities, a deep soaking tub and a step-free rain shower. The second suite has a king bed and a single bed. The third bedroom has two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room sleeps two more. In all there are three full bathrooms and a half bath.

THE MOTHER-IN-LAW SUITE

The fourth bedroom is a separate suite with its own entrance: a queen bed and a single bed, a walk-in closet, a small kitchen with coffee and tea, a washer and dryer, and its own full bathroom with robes. It suits grandparents or anyone in the group who likes a bit of privacy. The suite is also rented on its own as a studio, but when you book the house it's part of your stay.

OUTSIDE

Sliding doors open from the living and dining area onto a screened patio with outdoor furniture, good for morning coffee or dinner outside. The backyard has a private gas grill and barbecue tools.

FOR THE BEACH

Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are provided. Bikes are included for getting around the neighborhood.

TRAVELING WITH LITTLE ONES

There's a folding crib, plus books and toys for children.

PARKING

Free parking on the property and free street parking. There's a disabled parking spot and a lit path to the guest entrance. Exterior security cameras face the front drive and the backyard.
