Rotonda West Pool Home

A roomy five-bedroom pool home in Rotonda West, made for families and groups of up to 12. There's space to spend the day together around the pool, and enough separate rooms for anyone who wants a quiet corner. Englewood Beach and Stump Pass Beach on Manasota Key are about 20 to 25 minutes away by car, and Boca Grande is about 35.

INSIDE

The main suite is on the ground floor, just off the living room, with a king bed, a walk-in closet and its own bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Down the hall from the kitchen are two more bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two twin beds, sharing a hall bathroom with a tub. On the other side of the living room is a third queen bedroom, next to a bathroom with a shower that opens straight onto the pool area.

Upstairs is a large bonus room that kids tend to claim, with two sets of twin bunk beds, space for games and toys, and its own half bath.

The living room has high ceilings, deep sofas, a smart TV and sliding doors that look out over the pool to the preserve behind the house. The kitchen is fully stocked for anything from a quick breakfast to a big group dinner. The dining room seats 8, and the breakfast nook off the kitchen seats 4 more. Washer, dryer and central air.

OUTSIDE

The large private pool sits inside an enclosed lanai with four loungers. Pool heat is included from November through April and available as a paid extra from May through October; the water temperature still depends on the weather. A covered part of the lanai has a table for 4 and a seating area for 4. There's also a gas and charcoal grill, an outdoor shower and a backyard. The home, pool and yard are yours alone during your stay.

FOR THE BEACH

Beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels are here, along with bikes for adults and kids.

TRAVELING WITH LITTLE ONES

A crib, board games and books. The doors to the pool area have locks at the top, but children still need an adult with them around the pool at all times.

PARKING

Free parking on site. HOA rules don't allow boats, jet skis, trailers, RVs, campers, ATVs or golf carts at the home or on the street. Bringing one? Tell us when you book and we'll help you find somewhere nearby to keep it.
