Sarasota Pool Home on Lei Drive

A modern single-family pool home in a quiet residential part of Sarasota, with room for up to 8 guests. The Siesta Key beaches are 15 to 20 minutes away by car, a family park is a few minutes' walk from the door, and shops and restaurants along Bee Ridge Road are close by.

INSIDE

The main bedroom has a king bed, a closet and its own bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two single beds; both have closets. The family room has a sleeper sofa that opens to a double bed, so two more guests can sleep there.

There are two living rooms, so the group can spread out, one of them with a 65-inch TV. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking real meals, with a dishwasher, oven, blender, toaster and a drip coffee maker, and there is a dining table for everyone. A washer and dryer are in the home, and there is a desk for anyone who needs to work. Central air conditioning throughout, plus ceiling and portable fans.

OUTSIDE

The private pool is open all year, with pool toys for everyone. The paved pool deck has loungers and a seating area for four. The backyard is fully fenced and private, with a patio, outdoor dining and a BBQ grill.

FOR THE BEACH

The home has beach essentials for guests to use, so you can pack a little lighter.

TRAVELING WITH LITTLE ONES

Pack 'n play, high chair, baby bath, plus children's books, toys and board games.

PARKING

Free parking on the driveway, with room for a boat, trailer or jet ski. Please park on the driveways only. A car is the easiest way to get around.
