Whitfield Pool Home near Lido Beach & St. Armands

A roomy single-level pool home in the quiet Whitfield Estates neighborhood of north Sarasota, set up for families, reunions and teams of up to 12. Lido Beach and St. Armands Circle are about 20 minutes away, Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key are each about half an hour, and Sarasota Bradenton Airport is only a few minutes' drive.

INSIDE

The split floor plan gives everyone some privacy. The first main suite has a king bed, its own shower, and French doors to a small sitting nook that is nice for morning coffee. The second main suite, on the other side of the house, has a queen bed, its own shower and sliding doors to the lanai. Two more bedrooms share a hallway near the entrance, each with two twin beds. For larger groups there is a twin mattress and a double air mattress in the king suite, and a twin floor mattress and a single cot in the queen suite.

The living room has a 72-inch smart TV, the dining table seats 8, and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes for group meals. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer, a desk with fast internet for remote work, and a safe.

OUTSIDE

The covered, screened lanai is the heart of the house: a cushioned lounge area with a 75-inch TV, a dining table for 6 and a Weber grill. The private pool runs from 3 to 7 feet deep, sits in full sun so the water stays warm, and comes with four loungers and pool toys. Beyond it is a fenced, private backyard with lawn games.

POOL SAFETY

Every door to the lanai has an alarm, and a removable safety fence separates the pool from the lanai. This is a deep pool, so children and non-swimmers must be watched at all times.

FOR THE BEACH

Beach essentials are provided, along with bikes, children's bikes and a few scooters.

TRAVELING WITH LITTLE ONES

Crib, pack 'n play, high chair, children's dinnerware, baby safety gates, a stroller, and books and toys for every age from babies to teens.

PARKING

Room for 4 to 5 cars in the driveway and garage. Street parking is not allowed in the neighborhood, and cars parked on the street can be ticketed or towed.
